How To Lead the Way: Guiding The Next Generation of Law Enforcement Professionals

As the new generation of law enforcement professionals emerges, we're faced with numerous challenges. From the struggle to find recruits to changing mindsets and expectations, law enforcement agencies must adapt in order to continue to serve and protect our communities effectively. 

To empower the next generation of law enforcement leaders, we must be open to change and adapt our approach to teaching, mentorship, and FTO next-generation experiences. By understanding the unique strengths and challenges of the new generation, we can create more effective training for law enforcement and inspire young officers to make a difference in the field.

As experienced officers, it's our duty to pass on the torch and ensure the continued success of our profession.
